before or after taxes?????

i have not paid bills since aug 07,
i worried about being sued before i file
w2s come in january..
so should i file for taxes in jan and recieve refund in feb then file
or
file bk in jan wait until its over then file taxes

what if i get sued..before filing ..cc company call all the time
i still have to wait for car to get repo...im keeping it in the garage until my other car is fixed

if you can get filed before the car is repo'd then that will help your credit afterwards because the creditor will not be able to list the vehicle as a repo on your credit reports


as far as taxes, i have no idea but depending on your exemptions, you may be able to cover it anyways. some people use wildcard exemptions to protect it
