I had my 341 and the trustee had some objections. All were really no big deal, but one objection had to do with the accurate value of one of the properties I was surrendering. My attorney said he would handle everything but I haven't heard from him. My confirmation is set for 2/21, and looking out on pacer there hasn't been any update from my meeting or change in status. Am I being worried over nothing? My attorney said something about there would be a hearing but I'm not sure why. Is there something I should be doing to make sure nothing falls through the cracks?

When did you have your hearing? Going by dates, I am guessing on 12/21. Considering he may have taken time off for the Holidays, he may not have gotten to it yet. However, it would not hurt to give him a gentle reminder on Monday. You want to prod him, but no reason "yet" to be pushy, IMHO.Originally posted by busbis View PostI had my 341 and the trustee had some objections. I'd definitely call him and ask. He's probably got it under control but if not, if somehow it slipped through the cracks, it's you who suffers the major consequences, not him. So I'd rather be a little nervous or pushy than find out too late that he had forgotten.<<I am NOT an attorney, my comments are anecdotal only. Contact an attorney for advice>>
