Hello everyone, I'm new to the site. Some infor that I found, thought it might help.
On the usdoj.gov site it states that if you apply for bankruptcy after feb 1 2008 you will fall in to the new higher medium income for your state. Check it out it is on the web site as a side note.

I did not know if anyone had already posted this so sorry if it is a copy.
