    help I need it

Strange situation that i will try and keep brief. When looking over assets I do not have anything of real value so i was good and planned on filling in two weeks. Well I had a fallout with Sears since their repairman did no show to fix my 6 year old washer that was covered by an extended warranty. I wrote an e-mail etc and Sears called back yesterday and offered to replace my washer with a new one valued at 1,200 bucks. I am worried that the trustee might decide to take this as it will only be about a month old when I have my 341. I plan on purchasing the extended warranty so it is not like i can play dumb, etc. Any thoughts on if the trustee will want the washer?
    Thanks

I doubt that Trustee would be interested in your washing machine. If asked just explain that due to a disagreement Sears replaced it.......

Doubt if anything will be said about it......

Once it's in your home and run even once, it's not worth $1200 anymore. It's a used washing machine, and even on craigslist or ebay, wouldn't bring even half of the purchase price.

I wouldn't worry about it. List your washer and dryer, and value them at what used appliances are worth.

Thanks for the info. It seems like there are always more questions or things that come up during this process.
