Just curious if I'm being picked on or not. I wonder what percentage of people's cases get extended? Anyone have any stats?

12/04/07 -case pulled for random audit.
12/18/07 -341 held: Asset case due to engagement ring & tax return.
02/19/08 - US trustee files motion to extend.
04/02/08- changed back to NO ASSET! I get my ring back and get to keep my tax return! :clapping: 04/28/08 -DISCHARGED!!! :yahoo::yahoo: 05/07/08 - CLOSED!!! -
Do you think that it is just because the amount of BKs is going up in your area and there are limited trustees to work on the caseload? Wondering why.Not all those who wander are lost....

If its due to the audit, there may not be that many people that have gone through all of those steps yet. Aren't the random audits fairly new in the scheme of things?Filed: 7/31/08
