My BK was filed this morning!!

I used the telephone pacer system to see if it had been filed. I then went to pacer and actually saw it on there. I don't know whether to be happy at moving to another stage or throw up!! How long after filing does that 341 get set? I think I feel a "cold" coming on and will need to be out sick in approximately 30 days. LOL

Congrats! My Ch7 should be filed early next week by my attorney. How long 341's are scheduled depends on how long your district is running. My attorney said in my district, 341's have been happening about 40 days after filing.

Be happy! You're going to be moving on from all that debt!

My attorney filled today and I checked pacer and its there but I did not know what I was looking for and did not see a 341 date.

I called the paralegal this morning and she gave me the date. I had to discuss with her that my car payment was showing on my schedule J. She said that was no big deal. She's kidding, right????
