    over a month ago, was advised by atorney not to send in chapter 13 payment #22 of 36 since he would be converting to chapter 7, attorney not responding to my calls but checked pacer under case summary which shows the following


    origin reopened

    previous term: converted

    disposition: dismissed


    can any one tell me if this means attorney has been doing his job or not?

    You really need to talk to your attorney, but it sounds like he has converted the case to a Chapter 7 and the Chapter 13 has been dismissed.

    But you really need to chat with attorney....

      e mails phone calls, since feb 6, has not returned them as of yet

        Lots of time, attorneys don't respond to anything other than certified mail so hop on that. Then at least you'll have a paper trail in case you need one.
        11/14/07 -filed C7 12/04/07 -case pulled for random audit.12/18/07 -341 held: Asset case due to engagement ring & tax return.02/19/08 - US trustee files motion to extend. 04/02/08- changed back to NO ASSET! I get my ring back and get to keep my tax return! :clapping: 04/28/08 -DISCHARGED!!! :yahoo::yahoo: 05/07/08 - CLOSED!!!
