Still not discharged?

My 341 was on 10/29/07. Still not showing up as discharged on PACER. Which is good in a way because my student loan payments are being differed for now. Its gonna get tight when I have to start paying them again.

But, Capital One finally sent the almighty annual fee free card offer in the mail, and I'd like to start my credit rebuilding. i.e. just make my cable bill and phone bill payment every month with it since I have to pay it anyways, nothing else!

I was rejected by the online application for Capital One. And I have an account there! I did it because I didn't want to be rejected infront of a human being.

This letter acknowledged my bankruptcy and said they wanted to help us move on. LOL! Anyways, I filled out the online application with their "special code" that was in the letter, and low and behold it said we were approved and the card and letter would be at the house in 7 - 10 days.
