    Mortgage Approval after BK

    Hi,

I'm actually not looking for mortgage approval after a BK, but I am in the final stages of writing an ecourse that shows you step by step how to get a mortgage approval after a BK. I am a loan processor and come across several clients who are not approved for a mortgage but with just a little help they would. OR I have clients who qualify but their rate and fees are extremely high. With just a few inside secrets they could qualify for a really good rate and low fees if any at all.

My questions is, Did I waist my time in writting this ecourse or is anyone out there interested? Please let me know your feedback. It would be greatly appreciated.

I would be very intersted in hearing what you have to say.

I currently own an home (it is for sale..too expensive to keep) and will be purchasing another one just out of Ch 7. Home mortgages never late; discharged unsecured debt only.

Tell, tell the secrets of your trade......

Although I have not filed for BK, I still think that this would be extremely interesting information for people who have.

Don't think would be a waste of time

It seems as though we have the same issue as others, only filed Ch. 7 on 4 unsecured credit cards, never late on anything else. Credit score in mid-600's. Because it is not 2 years from discharge date we are stereotyped and denied or should I say shot down before trying to fly. With the divorce rates as high as they are and many people having to file bankruptcy because of past marriage debts companies penalize those of us who are doing there best to not ever have to go through this again. So the answer to your question I do not think that it would be a waste of time @ all. Where is your e-book?

          I would be interested also.

Also if you have any tips for people that have a BK and a forclosure on their credit, you might consider including it in your course.
