Lets say you are an above-median debtor and you fail the means test due a one-time bonus at work you received a couple of months ago. It is not a regular bonus and you will probably never receive it again. Is this bonus included when determining what your payment will be in a Ch 13 plan going forward?
Is it possible in theory to fail the means but still show negative on your schedules?
