    Pacer Question

Everything looks good on Pacer, except American Express is listed in the parties section with an attorney. I also saw that they (Am/Ex) submitted a letter basically just telling the court where bk related creditor notices are to be sent. What does this mean? I didn't find any other information that would indicate problems.

In the flag section, it said MEANSNO. What does this mean? We fell under the median by a lot. We did not take the means test and are no asset.

Okay, MEANSNO apparently means that I am under the means.

Now I am just trying to understand the whole AMEX thing. I understand that they filed a document with the court as to where notices should be sent, but I don't get why they are listed under attorney, and under filer as a creditor. I am confused. Here is what it says:

    Filers:

American Express Centurion Bank Creditor Added 5/21/2008
    My name
    DH name

Our 341 was on 5/16. Did they add themselves as a creditor? Are they objecting? I don't see where they are anywhere. All I see is that they filed a request for notices to be sent to a specific address. I wonder if they were the ones trying to sue me a few days after I filed.
