Also, just wanted to say that I was quite a bit ($12K+) above the median, so it can be done. I'm so glad I got the 7...guess I'll have to find something else to worry about now. Don't let the attorney tell you you have to file a 13, like most of them told us when we first started meeting with them about 1 year ago.

We are over the median as well. Hoping to wait until December to file as my husbands overtime has been cut bigtime. We are 5 K over now, but will be about $700.00 0ver if we wait. The 1st attorney we saw told us we would only qualify for a 13 without even looking at our expenses. We are hoping this attorney we see on MOnday will be more understanding,
