I've been feeling that that for a while now... five years ago, things were great. Now, I've lost my job, I can't afford gas, food, electricity... things that used to be really easy. It's truly disgusting that the government always does what the banks want and ruins people. Had the Fed not lowered interest rates and not proposed bailouts like this, prices would be affordable across-the-board and jobs would be more plentiful.Filed Joint, No Asset, > $100,000 Unsecured Ch.7 6/7/13 ~~ 341 Meeting 7/15/13 ~~ Discharged 9/16/13 !!

I say if everyone stopped paying on their credit cards, they would go out of business. HA. Would serve them right. They can't sue everyone. I mean they can, but they couldn't afford to. Can't get blood out of a stone. I say don't pay. I say put them and the junk debt buyers out of business. Make your own bailout. I did. I dumped my Ch 13 after my secured debt was paid. And I did it because I was pissed with the bailout. No one offered to give me a break, as a matter of fact, the trustee made me pay 100% even though I am a single mom. Screw them all. I knew this day would come, just not so soon. LOL.
