Discharged November 2008 100 days after filing no-asset Chapter 7. We intended to let a two-year-old vehicle go back to the bank and reaffirm an inexpensive ten-year-old SUV and our home mortgage. In the end we surrendered ALL of our vehicles and reaffirmed NOTHING. We'll "ride through" our mortgage after the court ruled it an undue hardship.
I think we were both in the 560 range about 1 year ago. Guess things are getting better.
Thanks again!
K
PS: If only I could get our mortgage company to report our payments, we probably could see some additional improvement.....Has anyone had any luck with this in a 13?????
You can't have your cake and eat it too. But you can dip your finger in the bowl and lick the icing
Not as bad as I thought it would be. I know I was in the 700's within the last couple years, and then about a year ago when I bought my last car I was at 680.
