I have so many questions to ask but I will start with this one.
My lawyer informed me that my wife and I had too much money in our bank accounts ($8000.00) to file for bankruptcy. The tricky part is $5000.00 of this money is for a leased car signed out for someone else. I pay the bill because he is not in the country and does not have an account here. He travels here allot and I lease the car so he does not rent all the time.
How does the court look at me taking out at least $3000 of the $5000 two weeks before filing bankruptcy.
