I will get to talk to my lawyer Friday, hopefully! But this is also bugging me. Once we file I was told all of our bills are put on hold or something? So do we not start paying the household bills until after or how does that work. We were told to include everything we owe money on including utilities.

Do not include your regular utilty bills in your filing. Pay them. They're a part of your monthly expenses.
