List Zero Balance Accounts?

Hey all, filling out the papers.

Once and for all--do I list open accounts that have zero balance on them?

Exactly! And that's why it doesn't have to be listed since it isn't a creditor. accentone may have an account with them but if it's a zero balance then no debt exist so they are NOT a creditor.

I agree. Since you have a zero balance, you don't owe them any money, so what do they care?

When I filed years ago my attorney stated I only needed to list those with balances.

I specifically asked our attorney if we needed to list ALL creditors, even those with zero balance........and he told us no, only list those with a balance, since those with a zero balance would not be included in the bankruptcy.
