Trying to find a good Attorney seems to be a problem everyone here has.

The ones with the most ads don't seem to be the best ones, as usual.

I found LegalMatch and it seems to be a good referral for finding an Attorney - at least they ask for more that just income/bills like most of the others and has profiles on their Attorneys.

But does anyone know anything about they? - jb

One good way, if you have the time and transportation, is to go listen to some bk cases for a few days at your local court. See one you like, get his name and get that free first consultation. And be sure to educate yourself real well with bk and your own state's exemptions so you can grill him with some good questions.
