Quick question reg my Dec house payments, 1st and 2nd due around mid Dec... Never late as of now, no equity, over my head on his house... Should I continue to pay and try a ch 13 with lien strip, don't know what a minimu
payment would be or file ch 7? Am thinking about not paying and hoping the mortg companies reduce payments/balance.... If I walk away 2nd mtg holder will be shafted... will they negotiate a settlement??
Cannot wait till this stresfull part of my life is over... Also if I don't pay payments can I just withdrawl these funds from my checking acct without major problems??
