im not sure i understand what disposable income after discharge is all about....
i know that its what you have left over after you pay your bills....

do the trustees want it so you are not "too" comfortable after discharge? are you supposed to reaffirm enough stuff to keep from doing a 13?

from what im reading here, even if you are broke, you need to keep from looking too healthy after discharge, is that the way it works?

thanks for the info..... ive got a few things that im upside down on and would like to walk from them..... that would put me in a great financial position and i guess thats not allowed...

is there a secret amount you are allowed to keep for recreation, food etc, after discharge?

ms hub, you probably went to the jax complex... how was the trustee to deal with?
