Working meeting? CH7

Ok we are going for the 2nd meeting with the attorney. They call it a working meeting. What can i expect? She said it could be 2-3 hours.
I think I have everything we need. DH is going to work on the possessions list this weekend. We are disagreeing on values. LOL I have statements for our creditors. Schedule J i will have to ask questions about. I have the info in my head just not sure where to put it.
Do we need vehicle titles if we don't owe anything on them?
Do we need bank statements? I don't see it listed but have read others mention them. Do I need to make a list of the addresses of creditors or as long as i have the statement that is good?


What can you tell me to make sure i have at this meeting?
Does he file once he has all the info. Or would there be another meeting before then?

Please add to my list what else I need/may need.

Tax returns and W2s 2006 & 2007
Statements and letters from Creditors being included in the BK & CR's
Schedule I (Page 1)
List of all payments made to all creditors in the last 90 days
Mortage statement
Property tax statement with value and legal description
paystubs for the past 6 months
Money for attorneys fees

What I needed for my working meeting was

bank statements for 3 months
list of hh goods
list of all furs, jewelry
one billing statement, each creditor
recent statement for insurance policy. pension plan, mutual funds
2 yrs. income tax returns
copy of any pending lawsuits
any deed, HUD, for sale of property in last 3 yrs.
info regarding any transfer of property in last 3 yrs.
vehicle registration and VIN number, and name if there is a lien holder
3 pay period stubs
copy of counseling cert

Not really a list but what they called a survey. I don't think it mentioned some of the things you listed. So i will have them just incase. We live 30 miles away so don't want to have to make a trip back.
