im trying to sort out the 7 means test pertaining to housing....
my house payment is 650 per, with an ARM mortgage... i want to move for personal reasons, to another part of the state to a rental house that cost 900 per month....
my lawyer said to walk away, no problem...
as i see the means test, if you are renting, you are allowed less deduction...something less than 500 per month, if i understand it right..
1..... so if the house is surrendered, what to i get to claim on the means test...
2... wont it look funny to the trustee that i am moving to a more expensive place...
