Will the court take my tax refund?

We have filed bankruptcy the one that clears all of your debt(not sure which one that is) My husband and I have court on the 16th of December. We were wondering it the court will take the income tax refund we should be receiving when we do our taxes later next year? We live in Michigan is case that matters. . .


Also what happens when we go to court? Are they going to harass us for going on vacation or spending money on clothes or things besides food and rent??? Will they be questioning every purchase we have made in the last couple months or what?

You filed a Chapter 7.
This is something you should have asked your lawyer. If the refund can't be exempted, you may well lose a portion of it.
