i was afraid that i was looking at a ch13, but the lawyer is sure he can get a 7....
i wanted to keep one motorcycle and let the expensive one go... he said that the trustee would consider them a luxury item and they both must go...
actually they are my main transportation and i put fifty thousand miles a year on them...three times what i put on my pick up truck....43 mpg is a good thing...
i dont want to risk a 13, so adios bikes.. im sad!

See that is what my dh keeps saying. Things that are considered a luxury have to go. How much is the motorcycle worth? In this day a motorcycle is not luxury but smart thinking. LOL So do you have to give up both?

yep, the harley is worth about 19000 and i owe 21k.... the buell is worth 9k and i owe 6k...
i wanted to keep the buell, as i use it for my main transportation....ive taken it on thousand mile trips... im not going to push it, as a 13 would kill me...
i can probably buy another one at an obscene interest rate later on..
the only thing i have to look foward to, is that im giving up my house and getting out of the most boring town on the planet.. but then i wont have a bike to ride when i move to daytona..doh!
