On the Query form for Pacer, the bottom left has a drop down menu for "Type" and the options are Attorney, Party, Professional, Trustee, and US Trustee. If I search for "Party" and some generic last name, will it show Pro Se cases?

Pacer Question
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.Tags: None

Thanks. I guess the paperwork will be the same, minus the attorney's signatures.
I have seen some odd things... $9k in a 401k that was exempt, $15k in a home listed as exempt even though GA allows $5k (x2 for joint). Maybe the trustee decided the cost involved in selling would have eaten up the non-exempt $5K?
Also, there was $157/mo listed as deduction from pay which was not questioned aparently. But then, the budget was so far upside down it would not have mattered.
One interesting thing-I saw where an 'other' item had a total on the standard form, with a note to see attached for breakdown of the expenses that were being included in the 'other'.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research.
