    Should I File?

I am currently $17,000 in debt, credit and a personal loan. Interest rates are between 26-32%.

Paying approximately $1300 per month in minimum payments. My income is $2660 per month. I am not behind on any payments, but I am not getting ahead.

When my credit card minimum payments are doubled, I'm going to be in some trouble. (I was told that all credit card companies will be changing minimum payments to double what they are now. Is this true? )

I sold my truck about a month ago after realizing I would no longer be able to afford it.

I do not own a home. After rent, insurance, transportation, cell phone and minimum payents I have $464 left. Out of this comes groceries, fuel, etc.

Will I be considered to have too much disposable income? Should I file 7 or 13? At all? Thanks in advance for your input.

The best case scenario for you would be to put those loans together because 17,000.00 should come out to a 1330.00 payment. KWIM?

I would file bk if that's all I owed. But it is up to you.

About the double minimum payments. Yes, they passed some law about that. It's going to really hurt a lot of people.
