Exceed median income

I exceed the current median income by almost $10k per year ($830 p month) Does anyone know if there is a possibility that I can qualify for Ch7 in lieu of Ch13? If so, what would be the reason?

You would need secured expenses such that you have no "actual" disposable income (i.e. mortgage, car payment etc), OR, more than 50% of your "total" debt is business debt and your combined business and living expenses exceed your living expenses.
