I plan on filing for bankruptcy after I get my taxes. I have played in a few poker tournaments at the casinos up here in Blackhawk. When I file I think if they go off the past 6 months, my winnings will be at about $6000. Will a trustee be able to see this income?

If these winnings - congratulations - were in 2008 then the casino will send you the approprate 1099s or whatever. You will then have to include those amounts on your tax return as miscellaneous income.
And then when you file bankruptcy you will have to provide a copy of your tax return to the trustee anyway.
