Citi Just opened a bill which I hardly do anymore

I havent made a payment on this card since at least May/June. Bal due was 109.00 and now I have a zero balance? They supposedly gave me a courstesy refund on 11/25...what the heck does that mean.. ? Think they would give me a courstesy refund on my other Citi cards totally over 21k each?
I really dont understand, has anyone else gotten this?

Not sure what it means. I know many creditors will eventually charge off the debt (after 180 days or so) and sell it to a third-party for pennies on the dollar. Since you have other accounts with them they could have just decided to focus on the big stuff and let this one go, although that sounds highly unlikely.

Its only 109.00 but still a courtesey refund? Courtesy my butt...lol
