have been using amex up until date filed

I am reading the boards this morning and I am getting very nervous. I have been using the card to make purchases within 60 days of filing. Some of the expenses have been business related expenses from my live-in partner for his business. (others were gas, groceries, etc) How should I handle this? some of those expenses have been large purchases. and do I included this info in my filing report that it is a debt I incured with the intention of his paying me back? please help.

Well, the worst case scenario is that you will have to pay some of it back despite the bankruptcy.
