OK, I think I have made it!

After months of waiting for our median to drop off when my wife lost her job for disability we are now ready to file.
We tried to file right after my wife lost her job. We are both on retirement incomes now.
All the letters and calls will stop pretty quickly after I file or so I am told.
I still cannot beleive that we made it all this time without getting served.
But they can't attach our retirement I am told so maybe that's why it did not happen to us.
We file Chapter 7 Wednesday, finally.

The median did not go up that much here in AZ and I am under the old one by some $6-7k so why wait???
