My trustee asked about my tax refund for 2003 as my 341 meeting was in August. I told him I used it to pay attorney fees. He didn't seem to have an issue about it......
Now was I supposed to notify him of my 2004 tax refund??? He never mentioned it at 341 meeting.....
Am I required to notify him anyways about the refund for the year I claimed BK??
