I spoke directly with HFC in Feb gave them atty info. Then I get a call on 3/2 from an atty representing them, he said they had not included any of the atty info in the file, so i gave it to him again. Then on Saturday I was served with a court summons filed on 3/9......Are they trying to call my bluff or what? I told the atty we were filing this month. Not sure if he ever called my atty. Just stupid that they'd even waste their time!!

I think that's exactly it...... They think you may be bluffing. The attorney doesn't care, I'm sure, as he will get his fees (from them) either way.
At any rate, no worries. The BK will take care of this anyhow, once you file.
