Have most of you guys on this forum already have filed bankruptcy or getting ready to? I was wondering if people who have filed can put a little short summary on their experience? Like if it went smooth, or was there a problem, if so what caused it. Any info on creditor objecting and what was the out come, etc.

Ill be able to tell you monday. That is D-Day for me...Hopefully all is well and the discharge goes through fine...But, as soon as that law changes, everyone will be in the blue until people have gone through it and come here to post...If you are plannin on filing a 7...get on your horse and go file...good luck finding a lawyer though...Wish you the best...Originally posted by okane

I will keep you posted as I will have my 341 next thursday. I am quite nervous and can't stop feeling that way no matter what people say. My lawyer pushed up some expenses so it shows I have no money left. I'd rather he'd not do that and file 13 if i had to but he knows best. Good luck and I will tell you how it goes.
