I am writing in regards to a question about paperwork that was sent to me regarding my bankruptcy that I filed pro se.
At the bottom of my Notice of Stay was this statement:
"A copy of this notice was returned to the Debtor or Attorney for the Debtor for service on appropriate creditors and interested parties. The Debtor shall promptly file a proof of service listing all persons served with this notice."
Why would I need to file a proof of service is all of the creditors are going to be served with a 341 notice?
