Adversary Complaint filed by Trustee against me and the bank to take mobile home with "unperfected title", unknown to anyone for 7 years.
Mortgage company has secured lien on land only - was supposed to be on land and mobile home together.
Mobile home title is not even recorded in my name - still in sellers!
Can this be settled under Chapter 7 or does this need to go to Chapter 13?
Also anyone know where I can find information or related cases involving this type of adversary complaint?
