I got an "invitation" in the mail from GE Money. It can in a pretty envelope, invite sized, with a pretty card.
It "invited" me to make a payment in the amount of $ XXX to bring my account current and then they would send me a $100 gas card. OR I could make a payment from $1- $XXX and recieve a $50 gas card.
Tempting as it may seem, we will not be accepting the invitation. We have stopped paying a cards and really do not have any $ to pay.
It is getting interesting as to how desperate the cc companies are becoming.
