    341 is over

This is my first post. Have been lurking here for awhile. Wanted to thank everyone for all the info and advice. Went pro se with a paralegal. She works with a bankruptcy attorney who looks over all the paperwork and answers any questions. She did all the paperwork after I gave her the info and she filed for me. Total cost(including the filing fee)was $535. Told me what to expect and gave me a questionaire sheet that was very helpful. Went to my 341 this week. Watched for an hour as numerous people went up with attorneys and without. Felt very sorry for some as they had no idea what was expected. The trustee spent a lot of time with them and finally told them to go get a lawyer. My turn, 5 min. tops . Yes sir, no sir. Done. Didn't ask for a percentage of my accounts and pay like I expected. Yey!! The worst part of all this was the fear of going up and answering questions. Now I wait 2 months. Highly recommend a paralegal who works with an attorney,
they are great for no asset cases. Thanks again. Talk to you in 2 months.

Congradulations on a job "well done".......
Now sit back, wait for discharge, and then start the process of cleaning up the credit report.....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
