    Pacer question..

Our case is filed, and I have seen it on Pacer, there are a couple of different sections you can check for different parts of your case/petition.
However which section is the part that states if someone is going to show up at the 341 or is going to try to object or claim an asset?

    Just wondering

Nothing much will show up on Pacer till after your 341 meeting....
Creditors may or may not attend the 341 meeting, you won't know till the actual meeting.
After the meeting the creditors have 60 days to object to discharge.
I had a crediter "object" AFTER DISCHARGE AND EVEN THAT did not show on Pacer....
So I don't know if the objections are recorded on Pacer or not....
If they did - they would show under documents/filings or history/documents.

Todd or HHM might be able to help you with an answer to this.....

Any and all objections from creditors did not show on my Pacer....
