quick question - i am returning from ireland in june to start a job in the states, where i have 25k in cc debt, about to be charged off, but i also have about 20k euro here in ireland. would i include that as part of my expenses in a ch. 7, or will they not recognize debt incurred overseas?
i have to consider bankruptcy because i will not be making enough to pay my debts on both sides of the water, and bankruptcy is not allowed here in ireland. anyone have a thought on the matter? ty.
