I signed papers on 9/30 at my attorney office and i looked on pacer and i do not c my name anywhere...is this normal? I paid him my last payment then...

Did you pay him everything? If so, he should have filed already and it should be showing on Pacer. Mine showed the next day. -

On Pacer are you bringing your account up by your name or your SS# ??
Easier by your ss#.
Make sure your in the right state and district.....
If you have paid him in full, and he has filed - it should be on Pacer..
