Pacer updates prior to the 341 meeting

If I have not gotten a request by mail from the trustee for additional info, if one is on the way though, would pacer have this sort of update?

My 341 is on Tuesday of next week. There aren't too many postal delivery dates left before then. Hoping anything the trustee needed to see, he was able to get from my attorney. It's been very quiet.

Hoping this is a good sign that when I get to the meeting, it will go smoothly.

Anyone have any experience along these lines I might get a feel for things?

    Thanks.

I got a request in the mail from the trustee for things he wanted to see. But, I also filed Pro Se, so that may be why I got the request directly. This was not in Pacer; it wasn't an offical document.

Absolutely, bring your state id and your social security card.

If you are at all worried about what to bring, pacer will have the trustee's email and phone number and you could probably talk to his paralegal.

We never had a rwequest for any needed info. Before the 341. WE had the letter we received after filing, stating what the TT usually asks for. Onlye a couple things pertained to our case and were either alreday given r i mailed them a week before.

I did bring my home appraisal as they questioned the amount we had down for the equtiy in our home.

I got the same stuff from my attorney...said I only need to bring with me to the meeting, some basic questions. I may ask her again to be sure I didn't need to send ahead of time. Other than that, not a peep. So I guess other than the short questionaire and my id's, I'm set. Thanks.
