    Thanks everyone...341 tomorrow...

I filed my CH 7 pro se on March 20 and my 341 is tomorrow. I'm happy to say that all of my questions and fears were answered somehow, someway in this forum. Even if it was just to make me feel better.

You guys are truly great, especially ding dong and Angelinahubcat...your responses and kindness are truly appreciated.

I'm a little nervous for my meeting tomorrow, which is why I'm up this late, but the key word is "little". Please send me all your good vibes and blessings that tomorrow will go smoothly.

Go in, pause before you answer all the questions, be truthful and it will be over quickly.

The worst part is the anticipation.

      Good luck.
Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.

Tomorrow, when you are walking out, you are going to think-"What! Why was I so nervous over that!"

I kept telling myself during the hour long drive to the 341-this will be over soon, this will be over soon. I was scared too and I seriously had no assets at all, no house, nothin, so I wasn't really in jeopardy of losing anything if I screwed up and I was still scared. It is just natural to be scared, but they just ask you simple questions, unless you have a complicated BK, and you are on your way. You can tell everyone else in the room is nervous, too, so it kind of helps you feel better in a way, because you know you are not alone and everybody else is in the same financial pickle, so nobody is passing judgement.

We will look forward to seeing your post tomorrow about what a breeze it was.

Don't forget to do your debtor ed course soon so you can just be done with everything and wait till discharge.

Sending good vibes your way! Good Luck!

"What! Why was I so nervous over that!"

Had to quote you DD...The hardest part was the waiting and OMG my time was at 12:00...I got there at 11:00...and he made me wait until the VERY LAST...about 1:15...saving the best for last...lol...don't think so...I misunderstood which bank statements he wanted...So all I have to do is send that to him and the 60 day count down begins...

I don't think that I was breathing the entire time because I left the court room trying to catch my breath...he asked the same general questions of everyone...I answered "YES" or "NO" until he asked about any credit purchases in the 6 monthss prior to filing...well I had to buy a new/used car in February less than a month before I filed...so I explained that and the $1000 down...and the rest was "YES" or "NO...he even gave me back the copies of everything that I had sent him...

So I just emailed the bank statement and I can honestly say that I FEEL SOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!!!!

I would also like to add that after seeing everyone else with their lawyers, I WAS NOT impressed and am even happier that I saved the money and filed pro se. One other person gave the wrong bank statement and she HAD a lawyer...

            Thanks again to everyone!!!

Yay great job!!! Welcome to the 60 day club!

I wasn't too impressed by most of the lawyers at the two 341's I attended. Most of them didn't even know who their clients were. Both times I had several attorneys who saw me standing alone and asked if I was their client. I only saw one who seemed to have any relationship with his clients at all and it was only him pointing out that the people who were up at the time were an example of "things going badly."
