Questions to ask attny.

We have our 1st consultation with an attny. today and i was wondering from everyones experience, are there and questions i should ask that maybe im not thinking of. After you all filed did you find that there was something you wished you had asked but didnt. I am trying to make a list of questions but am drawing a blank for some reason...may be the lack of sleep!!

Ask which of your debts will be discharged and which ones will not be.
Ask if there is anything unique about your case and if he would advise you to wait to file or do it right away.
Ask what can be done to meet your specific requirements (keeping the home, ditching the home etc).
Will he attend the 341 meeting.
When should you begin to tell creditors that you have filed or should your wait for the paperwork to make it's way to them.

Even though you might already know the answers to some your questions, make sure he does too!
