does anyone have a sample letter to send to secure creditors. I have read I must send them a letter telling them I filed for Bk protection and let them know my plan in regardes to giving back or keeping the secure Item.
If you have a lawyer do you still do this yourself?. Or does he do it for you should I ask him. Very busy told me he got 25 new cases today but did call me back with one answer today.
We have a house and a car that we want to keep paying on as normal. Do we just say we filed chapter 7 on date case #.... and we listed you in our BK as a secure loan. We plan on keeping the Car/House and will contuine to make normal monthly payments as per our loan agreement. You should be reciving something in the mail from the BK trustee soon.
