I was wondering I filed already. What I'm wondering is how long do you have to be late on any pymts??Prior to filing?? I have not paid 2 cc since last fall and some medical bills.Other stuff I was current.Till around April on some.I filed June 12 09. My lawyer said don't pay the other stuff now anyway so I quit paying the other stuff to include mort and car. Is this a red flag for them the trustee??Did I do anything wrong??

If you plan to keep the home and car you need to pay those. The others are dischargeable debts and while its ideal not to use a credit card 90 days prior to filing it is not an absolute. Sounds like you are doing good
