I owe 11,000 I making all the payments, I need a car to find work.I have alot of trouble walking because of Sickle cell. If I file a bK will they take my car.The court or the bank.

Since you owe on it, possibly no. You need to find out the value of your vehicle. Some districts/States use either kbb.com or nada.com or other means of value. Going to one of 2 or both websites will give you a value to see if you owe more than it's worth.

Read all you can about Bankruptcy. 'Google' your city, state and type bankruptcy. Should bring up a website specific to your district. Reading the 'stickies..posts at the top of each section' of this forum will help you.
