Notification of 341 meeting?

We finally filed on 10-7-05 after getting the run around from our lawyer for about 4.5 months. I am curious to know when I can expect a letter from the court about our 341 meeting. I know it is on 11-17-05 because I called the automated line from the court, but I would feel better getting an official letter. If this has already been answered somewhere else, please be kind I am new at this actual participation thing. Thanks for any answers.

If you filed on 10/17, you should have received it already. Normally the notice is sent out within 5-7 business days MAX. Of course, even if your district is up to date on 341's, they may be behind in some other clerical areas.

We filed on 10/17/05 and our letter just came in the mail yesterday. It seems as though your letter should have come by now, but it could be they are really backed up. You may want to check on PACER to see what the status is.

I signed up for Pacer on the 19th, still waiting for my login info. I can only hope this doesn't mean there is a problem.

You should be okay, the court system is buried under right now trying to get things scheduled and paperwork uptoday.

If you don't get your formal notification of 341 from the court within the next week, call them and tell them...

Well, I called the court today. Apparently the address on the notice was incorrect. The address on all other information concerning my case is correct. I called my lawyer right after and he already knew-blamed it on the other attorney. What a relief.
