    Sorry, thought I had found a site with good forms on it, but the link would not work when I posted it to this thread.

        Maybe... some kind of error in your Adobe Acrobat Reader installation??? It works fine for me... anybody else???

        I'm using Windows 2000 Pro and Acrobat 7.0. It's ok with 6.0 also.

        Try this on the link to the PDF file: left-click and "Save Target As..." to download & save that file, then explicitly open Acrobat Reader, then open that file you just saved on your hard drive... what happens then?
