    Question about PACER

I registered for PACER. logged on and was able to access my case info with no problem.

My question is, there are a number of links listed so, should I be checking each link every week or just a couple of them? In other words, which items are specific only to what I need to know?

    Best regards,

    Serioso
    My BK Status:

    10/11 Chapter 7 Petition filed & entered
    11/15 341 Meeting scheduled (Completed)

Also have a question about PACER

I was wondering where would I see "flags" if there were any? I just registered and looked at the "status" and it just states "waiting for discharge. . .last day for objections is 11/29.
    Thanks.

When you look at the tabular, chronological report for your case... probably a screenful or two... new stuff gets added at the bottom... In the larger column with all the details, there are notes to read... Hope that helps!
I'm in N. California ... Thanks for your replies!

In a smaller column there are sequential numbers with underscores like 6 where you click to buy a copy of the PDF for that item. When you do that, be sure to PRINT it or SAVE the file to your hard disk!

I think it costs you $0.08 each time you do a query, and for each page you actually download... but they do not bill you until your balance due is $10 or more.
